Nano Terms of Service
Welcome to Nano App Store! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nano App Store platform, including all services and features provided through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Nano App Store, Inc. ("Nano App Store", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All content made available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Nano App Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon termination of your access to the Service, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

Nano App Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modified Terms on the Service or provide you with notice of the modification.
6.2 Continued Use
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of the modified Terms or receipt of notice of the modification will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
